We are Lisa and Kara, and we are passionate about providing inspiration, instruction, and resources to make the process of learning effective. Our shared goal is to inspire students to love learning; to inspire teachers to enjoy teaching; to inspire school administrators to succeed at empowering excellent teachers; and, to provide the training and resources to accomplish individual and institutional goals.

We leverage our wide diversity of educational experiences and credentials to build immediate trust with administrators, teachers, and tutors.

We actively listen to our clients about their needs and challenges first. We deep dive into customized analysis second. Then, we implement tailored resources and coaching for as long as our clients need us.
The Problem…

Chronically under-resourced teachers – discouraged, tired, underpaid, overworked educators who have lost enthusiasm for their craft.
Inefficient professional development model – “dump and run” training done outside official hours that does not effectively reward, inspire or coach educators.
Gap in Change Management – lack of time and expertise to follow through on expensive development, new curriculum, shared best practices or vertical alignment.
Ill-equipped Students – new challenge of students who are significantly unprepared for learning due to fine motor and brain development slow-downs as a result of digital over-use.
